Your website already exists, and Miami customers judge it on a phone. If it is slow, looks dated, or stopped bringing in calls, I redesign it: I keep what works, rebuild what does not, and measure the result with Core Web Vitals and real lead numbers.
A redesign is not a fresh coat of paint. I start with an audit of speed, mobile usability, accessibility, and how your pages show up in local search results. Then I rework the structure and design around how your customers actually find and contact you, keeping the content and URLs that already rank.

Local context — Miami
WebsitesforMiamibusinesses
Miami runs on international trade, hospitality, real estate and healthcare, and a large share of customers here search and buy in Spanish. A site that treats Spanish as an afterthought loses those people at the first click. It is also the most competitive market in the state, so speed, clarity and a genuine local structure matter more here than anywhere else in Florida.
The design standard in Miami is set by hospitality and real estate, and an outdated site is read as an outdated business. A redesign raises that standard without trading away speed: optimized imagery, accessible contrast and type, and service pages that answer what customers ask before calling. Where the audience is bilingual, the Spanish version is written rather than machine-translated, and gets the same care as the English.
Who I build for in Miami
International trade and logisticsFreight forwarders, importers and customs brokers are vetted by partners abroad, so capability pages have to be clear, credible and readable in more than one language.
Restaurants, hotels and nightlifeGuests decide on a phone, often minutes before booking, so menus, reservations and event inquiries have to be a few taps rather than a PDF.
Condo and investment real estateOut-of-country buyers judge a listing by its photography, which means large images that still load fast, and neighborhood pages that answer questions before a call.
Medical practices and med spasBooking, intake and pricing questions need clear answers in both languages, with contact paths that respect patient privacy.

04 — Questions
Commonquestions
01Can you build the site in both English and Spanish?
Yes, and it is the normal choice for Miami. Each language gets its own URLs and hreflang so both can rank, and the Spanish is written rather than run through a translator. This site is built the same way, so you can see the result before you commit.
02Can we meet in person in Miami?
Sometimes, and I will be straight about it: I am based on the other coast, so Miami projects run remotely by video call and email. I can travel over for a kickoff or a launch review when it genuinely helps, but the work itself does not depend on it.
03Do I need a redesign or just a few updates?
The audit answers that. If the foundation is sound I will recommend targeted updates instead of a full rebuild, and quote accordingly. Many Miami businesses only need speed work, a new mobile layout, and better service pages.
04Can you redesign my WordPress or WooCommerce site?
Yes. Most redesigns I do are WordPress, including WooCommerce stores, Elementor builds, and custom themes. I can also move you off a page builder if it is slowing the site down.
05Will I lose my Google rankings?
A well-run redesign improves them. I keep existing URLs or redirect them, preserve page titles and content that rank, and fix the speed and mobile issues that hold sites back.
