A new website should pay for itself. I build sites for Fort Lauderdale service businesses, shops, and professional practices that load fast, show up in local search, and turn visitors into calls and bookings.
I build on WordPress when your team needs to edit content and on Next.js when you need something custom. Either way the site ships with the fundamentals that most local sites miss: real performance budgets, accessibility, structured data for your services and location, and tracking that tells you which pages produce leads.
Fort Lauderdale is the center of the marine industry, and that shapes the web work here: yards, brokers and refit specialists all have large photo libraries and clients who may be on another continent. Around it sit hospitality, construction and professional services, most of them serving a mix of residents, seasonal owners and visitors.
Websites rarely need only one thing done to them. For Fort Lauderdale businesses I also take on website redesign in Fort Lauderdale and e-commerce websites in Fort Lauderdale, and just up the road I cover business websites in Miami and business websites in West Palm Beach.
A new business here is competing with established marine and hospitality names that visitors already recognize. The site has to look credible on the first screen, load fast on a phone, and make the next step obvious, whether that is a quote, a booking or a call. I build it with local search structure for Broward County so it is found as well as it presents.

A mobile-first redesign of a Swiss bicycle shop’s WooCommerce store lifted checkout conversion by 25%.
Four steps and no surprises: you approve the scope before work starts and the site before it launches.
A short call or email exchange about your goals, your customers and what is not working today. Free, with no commitment.
A written scope, timeline and fixed price, so you know exactly what you are getting before anything starts.
The work happens on a staging site you can open at any time, with plain-language updates at agreed checkpoints.
Testing, a launch in a low-traffic window, documentation and a handoff session, then support while your team settles in.
Yes. Large galleries are a delivery problem, not a reason to cut the photos. Images are resized to the sizes actually used, served in modern formats, and loaded as the visitor scrolls, so a page with fifty photos can still load in about a second.
When it helps, yes. Most Fort Lauderdale projects run remotely by video call and email, and I can come over for a kickoff or a launch review. Site visits for photography or a yard walkthrough can be arranged as part of the project.
Four to eight weeks from kickoff to launch for a typical Fort Lauderdale business, with most of the variance coming from how quickly content and photos arrive.
I structure every page and write draft copy for service pages so the site launches complete. You review and adjust, and I can work with a copywriter or photographer you already use.
The site is built with the structure Google uses for local results: a page per service, location information, schema markup, and a Google Business Profile that matches. Ranking also depends on reviews and competition, which I will be honest about.
I work with businesses across Florida, on both coasts. Pick your city for details specific to your area.
Tell me what you need. You’ll get a fixed quote, a timeline, and a clear next step within one business day.
Send me your current website address and what is not working for you. I will reply within one business day with a clear scope, timeline, and price, or tell you if I am not the right fit.
